Good news from The Blake! With the second round of vaccine clinics complete or nearing completion in our communities, we are pleased to continue progressing forward. We’ve updated our 14-day quarantine policy for vaccinated residents based on CDC considerations to allow for more time spent with family and friends. This exciting change means vaccinated residents can now safely visit with loved ones without being quarantined upon return. Residents will only be subject to quarantine if he/she:
- Shows signs and symptoms of COVID-19
- Has been exposed to confirmed or suspected COVID-19
In addition, we are pleased to continue offering outdoor visitation. If you would like to schedule an outdoor visit with your loved one, please contact the community to set up a time.
