JACKSON, MS – Blake Management Group – Jackson, Mississippi-based operator of premier independent, assisted living and memory care communities across nine states – and LifeCare Properties broke ground this past week in Texas. The groundbreaking ceremonies were held on 11/12 in Waco and 11/14 in New Braunfels. The communities are scheduled to open in late 2020.

Both communities will offer 112 units in assisted living and memory care. These units also feature 4-5 floorplans with varying square footage that range from studio to two-bedroom. Each location will also bring 80 jobs to the community, providing exceptional growth opportunities.
