Executive Director

Melissa Frazier is from Waco, Texas, where she studied business administration and has over 20 years of experience as an Executive Director, Regional Director of Sales and Operations and an Operations Specialist in the senior living industry.

Haley Gardner

Haley Gardner

Director of Sales

Haley Gardner is from Clifton, Texas. She attended Tarleton State University online and is currently pursuing her degree in business administration. Haley has been in sales for over ten years and senior living since 2018.

Jamie Blackburn

Jamie Blackburn

Director of Activities

Jamie was born and raised in Waco and is married with two kids. She attended McLennan Community College and has always had a love for seniors. Jamie is certified as a Montessori Dementia Care Professional through the International Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners and has started her activities certification with the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals.

James Hoffman

Director of Facility Maintenance

James is from right here in Waco and has been in management or supervisor roles pretty much since his first role. He enjoys being able to complete a project for a resident and seeing their satisfaction. 

Aliona Turcanu

Aliona Turcanu

Director of Business Operations

Aliona is from Chisinau, Moldova. She attended Moldova State University and earned a master’s degree in business and management, a bachelor’s degree in Art and Design, and an associate degree in Accounting. She moved to the United States in 2010 and has over 15 years of experience in International Hospitality, Business, and Management, and over 6 years of senior living experience. 

Sha Kessler

Sha Kessler

Memory Care Director

Sha was born in Oklahoma, raised in Texas, and graduated in Lousiana. She holds an accounting degree, an associate degree, and is an LVN. She has also earned several certificates from various colleges. Sha spent 26 years in accounting – serving as a VP of an organization -prior to going back to school and becoming a nurse. While working towards her nursing degree, she worked as a CNA in skilled nursing and has worked in various healthcare settings from pediatrics to obstetrics & gynecology to family medicine and geriatrics.

Kiki Wilson

Kiki Wilson

Walk With Me Coordinator

Born and raised in small-town Mexia, TX, Kiki has began her career as a CNA over 17 years ago before attending Southern Career Institute. Her experience ranges from pain management, vitamin infusions, med tech, and more in the long-term care setting.  Her favorite part about the industry is getting to learn and serving residents in new ways. When Kiki is not working, you can find her enjoying family-fun activities with her two small children.

Amber Woodard

Amber Woodard

Director of Wellness

Amber is a Texan all the way, having been born and raised here and currently resides in Whitney. She graduated in 2009 with her LVN from Hill College and aspires to be a nurse practitioner one day! Her experience has been mostly in skilled nursing, but has also worked in home health and enjoyed travel nursing for assisted living and memory care communities in Washington.
