Melissa Frazier is from Waco, Texas, where she studied business administration and has been the past 18 years as an Executive Director, Regional Director of Sales and Operations and an Operations Specialist in the senior living industry.
Director of Sales
Haley Gardner is from Clifton, Texas. She attended Tarleton State University online and is currently pursuing her degree in business administration. Haley has been in sales for eight years and the senior living industry for two & a half years.
Director of Wellness
Originally from New Hampshire, Cheryl moved to Texas as fast as she could and was basically raised in the Waco area! She attended McLennan Community College where she earned her LVN degree. For the last 16 years, Cheryl has served as a unit nurse in a skilled nursing facility. She is also a certified wound care/management nurse.
Director of Business Operations
Brenda is from Dallas, TX and has 17 years experience in business office management working in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and in the long term care setting. In her free time, Brenda loves spending time with family, traveling and gardening.
Director of Maintenance
David is from Minnesota and has been in the senior living industry for several years in maintenance, housekeeping, and management. He loves working with seniors because he enjoys making them feel comfortable in their new home and how appreciative they are when you fix something that is broken.

Director of Activities
Jole Cromwell is a retired teacher of 30 years, from Richmond, Texas. She attended Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas and earned a degree in Education. She is excited to be a part of Team “Blake” and brings with her 3 years of experience in senior care as a Director of Activities.
Memory Care Director
Born and raised in Waco, Michelle attended McLennan Community College and Hill College where she became a licensed vocational nurse. Starting as a CNA right out of high school, Michelle has been in long-term care since 2011 and has also served as a Med Aide.
Walk With Me Coordinator
Originally from South Dakota, Desire has lived in TX for the last 20 years, so she considers herself an official Texan. She has been in assisted living for 10 years and hasn’t looked back. Her favorite part is getting to know the residents and listening to their experiences.
