Sara McAda
Executive Director
Sara graduated from Lander University with a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and she also holds an MBA from Southern Wesleyan University. She has served seniors since 2011 when she became a CNA in high school.
Brian Province
Director of Dining Services
Brian Province, Director of Dining Services, grew up in Florida, but his career in restaurant management brought him to the Carolinas. He graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts and has worked in the food service industry since he was 14 years old.
Rita Lynch
Director of Business Operations
Originally from Bluefield, West Virginia, Rita Lynch is our Director of Business Operations. Rita has been a Regional Operations Manager in Banking and has 5 years of experience as an Office Manager for an Assisted Living community.
Nancy Long
Director of Sales
Nancy has called South Carolina home for the last 25 years. Her senior living career began in a memory care community and with her passion for seniors, she became certified as a senior advisor and dementia practitioner.
Tonya McCrary
Director of Wellness
Originally from Greenville, SC, Tonya graduated from Greenville Technical College of Nursing. She has spent most of her career in geriatric nursing and has a true passion for working with seniors and caring for those with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Mackenzie Nozartash
Director of Activities
Mackenzie was raised in Easley, South Carolina. She has a bachelor’s in Music Therapy and one in Psychology from Converse College, where she graduated in 2014. She has worked two years as a Music Therapist in a psychiatric hospital, and 1 and a half years as Activity Director in a skilled nursing facility.
Stephanie Barnett
Walk With Me Coordinator
Stephanie is from Greenville, SC, and has been in senior living for 5 years. She’s worn many hats, including serving, PA, housekeeping, activities, and concierge. She came back to activities because she loves the interactions and relationships with the residents.
