Jason Fisher, Area Director, serves as the Executive Director for The Blake at Edgewater with assistance to The Blake at Baxter Village.

Susan Fenster was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Go Steelers and Penguins!) She graduated from The University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Psychology. She then went on to become a Social Worker.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Scott has spent the past 10 years in North Carolina after living in South Florida for 15 years. He graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School near Brighton Beach in New York City, studied liberal arts at Brooklyn College and received an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
Director of Life Enrichment
Reared in the Coastal City of Long Branch, New Jersey, Erin came from a family that encouraged lifelong learning and community involvement. Keeping with family traditions, Erin graduated from Saint Rose High School.
Director of Facilities
Redouane Ouaala, who goes by Red, is from Azilal, Morocco. He attended college in Morocco, where he studied sociology and language. He speaks five different languages, but his native languages are Berber and Arabic. He also speaks French, Spanish, and, English. He has worked in Facilities Management since 2016 for several types of communities: from independent living to skilled nursing facilities.
Walk With Me Coordinator
Richard Burroughs was born in Pensacola, Florida. He has lived in the Charlotte area since 1980.
Originally from Columbia, SC, Tara has resided in NC for the last 25 years. She studied medical studies in college and is a licensed Administrator in NC. Tara looks forward to improving the quality of life in elders and sharing lots of hugs. In her free time, she enjoys walking and playing with her puppy, Biscuit.
