Kim Frederick
Executive Director
Kim was born in Benton, AR. She graduated from nursing school at Ouachita Baptist University and has been in the industry since 2003 serving residents in many capacities – acute rehab, skilled nursing, nurse consulting, and assisted living.
Lindsey Spears
Director of Sales
Lindsey is from DeWitt, AR, and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Journalism and minor in Marketing. She has been in the healthcare industry for 10 years, working in hospice, long term care, independent living, assisted living and memory care
Rachel Bruno
Sales Counselor
Rachel was born and raised in Michigan but has called Little Rock home since 2011. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Elmhurst College. She has been serving seniors in the healthcare industry for 3 years helping them find their perfect new home!
Kimberly Adams
Director of Dining Services
Kim was born in Little Rock, AR. She holds a bachelor’s degree in family consumer science, is certified through the American Culinary Federation, and is a certified dietary manager with over 25 years in culinary arts and healthcare.
Eric Reyes
Director of Facility Maintenance
Eric Reyes grew up in Oklahoma but has called Arkansas home for the past 6 years. He is a certified automotive technician and “fixing” things is his passion. He realized that serving seniors is another one of his passions, which brought him into the senior living industry.
Zainab Opurum
Memory Care Director
Z has been a nurse for 15 years and is also a certified dialysis nurse. She has 12 years of experience in long-term care, with the past five years dedicated to working in Memory Care
Kathy Chapman
Director of Activities
Kathy is from right here in Little Rock and attended Hendrix College in Conway. She is a professional artist with a background in event planning, teaching art classes, freelancing, and more. A fun fact about Kathy is she has art all across the US, even including the White House! She finds her role very rewarding as she gets to plan fun activities and events for all the residents.
Erica Yakoubian
Hospitality Ambassador
Erica was born and raised in Little Rock, AR. She loves the outdoors, road trips, kayaking, fishing, and playing with her dog! She feels her purpose in life is to help others and through her career has fallen in love with working with seniors. She enjoys being able to serve them, be part of their lives, and give them the best possible experience at The Blake!
TJ Johnson
Walk With Me Coordinator
TJ has an associate degree and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s in gerontology. He has been a CNA for 10 years and has been working with older adults. His favorite part about senior living is caring for those who need extra tenderness and love, and seeing the smiles on their faces knowing someone cares.
