Stephen Black
Executive Director
Stephen is from Crawfordsville, AR and holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Williams Baptist University. He also earned an MBA from Belhaven University. He has been in long-term care for over 12 years, first beginning in skilled nursing before gradually working his way into assisted living and memory care about eight years ago.
Lindsey Spears
Director of Sales
Lindsey is from DeWitt, AR, and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Journalism and minor in Marketing. She has been in the healthcare industry for 10 years, working in hospice, long term care, independent living, assisted living and memory care
Rachel Bruno
Sales Counselor
Rachel was born and raised in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan but has called Little Rock home since 2011. She attended Elmhurst College where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a concentration in PR/Advertising and minored in Spanish. She has been serving seniors in the healthcare industry for 3 years helping them find their perfect new home!
Eric Reyes
Director of Facility Maintenance
Eric Reyes grew up in Oklahoma but has called Arkansas home for the past 6 years. He is a certified automotive technician and “fixing” things is his passion. He realized that serving seniors is another one of his passions, which brought him into the senior living industry. He enjoys getting to know the residents and hearing their amazing life stories.
Deniccia Bell
Director of Business Operations
Deniccia is from Little Rock and holds several degrees and certifications. She has an associate degree in business and criminal justice, a bachelor’s degree in business and healthcare administration, and a master’s in management and leadership. She has several years of experience, with the previous 7 years dedicated to long-term care.
Kimberly Adams
Director of Dining Services

Christina Goodrum
Memory Care Director
Christina is from Pine Bluff, AR, and has been in nursing since 2012. She holds a Bachelor of Science-Nursing degree from the University of AR at Pine Bluff as well as a Master of Public Service in Healthcare Administration degree from Capella University. Christina is faith and family oriented; takes pride in serving others; and is dedicated to enriching the lives of all people she encounters.
Marcia Barbee
Director of Activities
Born in Little Rock, Marcia graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and experience in rehab counseling. She is also certified as a Mental Health Paraprofessional (MHPP) and Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP). She has been in senior living for over 15 years holding various positions from marketer to hospice community liaison.
