Rita grew up in Michigan and West Virginia. She attended school at Marshall University in Huntington West Virginia, earning a bachelor’s degree in counseling and rehabilitation. Rita maintains a Certified Dementia Practitioner’s license.
Director of Wellness
Wanda is originally from Charlotte, NC, and attended Central Piedmont Community College where she graduated with her practical nursing degree. She has worked in various avenues of nursing, from correctional care to rehabilitation and emergency nursing.
Director of Sales
Diana Brom was born in New York City but has always had a Southern heart and has lived in Lake Wylie for 10 years. With a degree in business administration, Diana has more than 20 years of experience in senior living.
Director of Facilities
Rich Gallozzi is from Lake Ronkonkoma, New York, and is a graduate of Sachem High School. He has worked in the senior living industry for 16 years and participated in regional workgroups supporting maintenance directors as well as hurricane response teams to assess affected facilities to see if they are safe for residents to return.
Director of Business Operations
Valerie was born in Florida and raised in NY, but has lived in Charlotte, NC for 20+ years. She has 40 years of experience in business office management, and the various aspects included in managing an office. Valerie has a deep admiration and respect for seniors and loves getting to know them.
Director of Activities
Lisa grew up in Charlotte, NC, and is a graduate of Garinger High School. She received her Activity Director certification through Central Piedmont Community College and earned her Certified Dementia Practitioner certification through our Blake course offering. Lisa has worked in the healthcare industry for 20+ years.
Memory Care Director
Kristin is from Asheboro, NC and attended East Coast Polytechnic Institute where she graduated in the top of her class and earned her nursing license. With over nine years of experience in senior living, Kristin’s passion has always been helping others.
Walk With Me Coordinator
Lynn is from Fort Lawn, SC. She has been in healthcare for 20+ years and loves working with seniors. Her favorite part of the industry is seeing the smiles she helps create!
